Hi, I’m Amber — a single mum of two teenagers and two furbabies, based in South-East Melbourne. What began as a simple creative outlet during the Covid lockdowns has grown into something truly special. I first discovered diamond art and soon began making cards and bookmarks, gifting them to friends and family. The joy they brought inspired me to share my creations more widely, and in early 2024, Seahorse Creations AU was born with our first market debut in April.
Since then, I’ve been fortunate to attend a variety of markets, expand into eight collective stores across South-East Melbourne, and even stock a small local pharmacy. Each piece I create is made with love, care, and a little sparkle.
One of my greatest joys is attending markets — not just to share my creations, but to meet so many lovely people along the way. It’s these connections that make Seahorse Creations feel so special.
Outside of crafting, I’m a marine biologist with a lifelong fascination for the ocean — especially seahorses, sea stars, and nudibranchs — which inspired both the name and theme of Seahorse Creations. And when I’m not by the sea or in the studio, you’ll often find me indulging my other passion: owls.
